This Privacy Policy explains how Serengeti Heady (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit serengetiheady.com (the “Site”), reserve a product, or join our email list.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you reserve a piece or sign up for our list, we collect the details you submit — your name, email address, optional phone number, any notes, your product selection (design, color, size, quantity), and, at checkout, your shipping address.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number — Stripe handles it directly under its own security and privacy terms.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or track you across other websites. It records aggregate, anonymized data such as page views, referring sites, and general device/region — it does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your reservation and order, and to charge payment when your order ships;
• To send transactional messages (order confirmations, payment requests, shipping updates);
• To send marketing emails about future drops if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time;
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to prevent spam and fraud.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our store, and only as needed:

• Supabase — secure database that stores your reservation and signup;
• Resend — delivers our transactional and marketing emails;
• Stripe — processes payments;
• Vercel — hosts the Site and provides privacy-friendly analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies & tracking

The Site does not currently set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at hello@serengetiheady.com.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Data retention & security

We keep your information as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with our legal obligations, and operate our business. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
