Shipping
First Drop timing. The inaugural collection ships on or around July 20, 2026. Because pieces are made-to-order for a limited drop, you reserve in advance and we charge your payment about 10 days before the drop ships. You’ll receive an email when it’s time to complete payment, and a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Processing. After a drop ships, orders are typically handed to the carrier within a few business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
Returns & exchanges
We want you in something you love. If something isn’t right:
- Returns: unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
- Size exchanges: we’ll swap sizes (subject to availability) within the same 14-day window.
- Defective or wrong items: if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we’ll replace it at no cost.
- Pre-order cancellations: you can cancel a reservation any time before it ships for a full refund of anything charged.
Not returnable: items that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed (except where defective).
How to start a return or exchange
Email hello@serengetiheady.com with your order confirmation number and what you’d like to do. We’ll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive the item; original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
