Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of serengetiheady.com and any purchase from Serengeti Heady(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or reserving a product, you agree to these Terms.

Reservations & the pre-order model

Our products are released in limited drops and sold by pre-order. Reserving a piece places it on hold for you and is not a charge. We collect payment at or shortly before the time your order ships. By reserving, you authorize us to request and process that payment when the drop is ready to ship. If you do not complete payment when requested, your reservation may be released.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before a reservation is charged; the presale price quoted at reservation is the price we will honor for that reservation. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Availability & cancellation

Drops are limited and may sell out or be discontinued. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation or order — for example, if an item becomes unavailable or if we suspect fraud or error — and will not charge you, or will refund you, in that case.

Shipping & returns

Shipping timelines, returns, and exchanges are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All Site content, brand names, logos, and artwork — including the Lion, Landscape, MotaVation, and Speak No Evil designs — are owned by Serengeti Heady and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false or automated/bot submissions, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serengeti Heady disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
